Group Introduction
Founded in 1998, XUNBAO is a large-scale manufacturer of environmental friendly, disposable food containers based in China. In 2005, we invested to construct the Xunbao Industrial Park within Dapeng New District of Shenzhen City. We additionally have production bases in Beijing and Shanghai. The Group covers an area of approx. 250,000 square meters and its total building area is up to 350,000 square meters.
Production Equipment
XUNBAO is food container manufacturer integrating elements such as material research and development, mould design and manufacture, product forming, and marketing. We now have over 50 sets of international advanced production equipment, including TOSHIBA twin screw extruders, ASANO vacuum forming machines, KIEFEL thermoforming machines, as well as equipment sets from Hong Kong. These performance facilities ensure us an annual output up to 1.5 billion food containers. In order to meet the increasing demand of international market, we improve productivity every year by introducing new sets of production equipment.
Qualifications and Products
XUNBAO food containers are made of environmental friendly materials such as PP, A-PET, OPS and HIPS. The patented GT material which is independently developed by us can be heated in microwave ovens up to 130 degree Celsius. By using these safe raw materials, we produce a great variety of food containers to suit your individual demands. Included are cups, trays, Sushi trays, soup bowls, high-quality eco-friendly lunch boxes, and more. We are proud that our products can be recycled to be made into tables, chairs, shopping baskets, etc. This further embodies our focus on hygiene and environmental protection.

XUNBAO has established cooperative relationship with lots of national and international famous enterprises, such as Wal-Mart and KFC. We were also the designated food container supplier for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Shenzhen 2011 Summer Universiade.
